This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use aviatorpredict.com and related pages, tools, and downloadable software (collectively, the “Service”). This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Service.
1) Restricted Jurisdictions
The Service is not available and must not be used by persons located in or accessing from the following jurisdictions (the “Restricted Jurisdictions”): United States, Iran, Russia, Ukraine, Spain, China, Hong Kong.
The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, if higher).
To enforce these restrictions and protect the Service, we may process limited technical data such as IP address, approximate country/region, and device/security signals. You must not attempt to bypass geoblocking or other access controls.
2) Information We Collect
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to manage access. The categories of information we may collect include:
A) Information you provide
- Account / access details (e.g., email or username), if you choose to register.
- Support communications (e.g., messages you send to us and related metadata).
B) Information collected automatically
- Device and log data (IP address, device type, browser, OS, referral/landing pages, timestamps, and basic diagnostic logs).
- Approximate location derived from IP (typically country/region) for security and restriction enforcement.
- Security signals used to prevent abuse, fraud, and automated misuse.
C) Referral / attribution information (partners)
If you arrive via a referral link or partner flow, we may process attribution identifiers (e.g., referral IDs, campaign parameters) to measure partner performance and to manage access distribution.
Where applicable, partner platforms may provide us with limited attribution or status signals (for example, confirmation that registration or other qualifying steps were completed) for access management purposes. We do not receive your betting history, account balance, or payment instrument details.
Important: We do not request or require your casino password, and we do not connect to or control your third-party casino account. We do not process wagers, deposits, or withdrawals.
D) Information we do not intend to collect
- Payment card details, banking credentials, or crypto-wallet custody information for deposits/withdrawals (handled by third-party platforms).
- Direct access to, or continuous monitoring of, third-party casino account balances or “winnings.”
3) How We Use Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- Service operation (providing pages/features, issuing access credentials where applicable).
- Security and compliance (abuse prevention, fraud detection, enforcing Restricted Jurisdictions, troubleshooting).
- Analytics and improvement (understanding how the Service is used and improving performance and usability).
- Partner attribution (measuring referrals and, where applicable, confirming completion of partner qualification steps for access management).
4) Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
Where data protection laws apply (including, where relevant, GDPR/UK GDPR), we process information on one or more of the following bases: (i) performance of a contract (providing the Service you request), (ii) legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, Service improvement), (iii) consent (where required for certain non-essential cookies or similar technologies), and/or (iv) legal obligations.
5) Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, security, and (where enabled) analytics. You may be able to manage certain settings via your browser and, where legally required, through consent controls. A dedicated Cookies Policy may be provided separately.
6) Sharing and Disclosure
We may share limited information with:
- Infrastructure and security providers (hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, error monitoring), strictly to operate and protect the Service.
- Analytics providers (if enabled) to understand Service usage at an aggregate level.
- Partner/affiliate platforms for attribution and reporting, including confirmation signals relevant to access management.
- Authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information as a business model.
7) International Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including locations where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will rely on appropriate mechanisms (for example, contractual protections).
8) Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including security, access management, dispute resolution, and compliance. Retention periods vary depending on the data category and context. We may retain certain logs for longer where required for security and abuse prevention.
9) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10) Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and/or portability of your information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may request verification before responding.
